Neo Mahlangu has been discovered dead in the backyard of his aunt just three weeks after he was declared missing.
The 16-year-old boy was pronounced missing after he was beaten to death by his aunt, Andile Aalivirah when he visited her in Tsakane.
On Friday, April 1, Andile and his 14-year-old son who helped her in killing Neo were nabbed and whisked to the police station.
Per reports, she was helped by her son in dumping the deceased boy in the backyard. Additional reports suggest that the aunt contracted people to dig in the hole in the guise of wanting to put in a water tank.
On Monday, April 4, Andile will appear before Tsakane Magistrate Court and face charges of murder.
