A 3-storey building is on fire around Lafenwa area in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The fire, according to reports began in the early hours of Sunday.
Eye witnesses at the scene of the incident also reported that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, and that there is only a single Fire Service Truck on the spot.
Residents are however calling on the appropriate authorities to step in before the fire spreads to nearby buildings.
