A 55-year-old man chained by his father for 30 years at Rogo LG in Kano State was rescued by the police and human rights organizations on Thursday, August 20,2020.
The man’s leg was chained to a wood and left in his father’s house in Sheka quarters within Kano metropolis.
This happened few day, after another man Ibrahim Lawan was rescued by the police after been chained for 15 years by his father.
