Belgium champions Club Brugge have submitted their first offer for former Nasarawa United forward Kadiri Attah, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
Attah has acquitted himself nicely since moving to Sweden where he joined Ostersund and his fine form has caught the attention of the Belgium giants.
A bid in the region of €1 million has been lodged for the 20 year old who has seven goals from 16 games in Sweden since his move last year.
Club Brugge are using the dire financial situation of the Swedish team to push the deal forward in hope that Ostersund will be open to his departure to ease their financial worries.
Already some members of Club Brugge fans forum are reporting that the offer has been accepted with Attah expected to replace another Nigerian in Emmanuel Dennis who has made it known that he is leaving the club this summer.
Negotiations are well advanced with the representatives of the forward as well over his personal terms with Brugge keen on sealing the deal on time so that the forward can join them for pre season training.
