Journalists Boycott Femi Fani-Kayode’s Press Conference in Akwa Ibom

The Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ) Akwa Ibom State chapter, has boycott a press conference planned for the Former Minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode.

This came after the Former minister insulted a Journalist of the Daily Trust newspaper Eyo Charles, for asking him what he described as a “ Stupid question.”

Fani-Kayode has since apologized for his comment, as he has asked the media to forgive him for using such strong language on the Journalist.

However, the Nigerian Union of Journalist, Akwa Ibom chapter, on Friday August 28, has asked its members to boycott any press conference held for Femi Fani-Kayode.
