Laycon has hit over 1.5 million followers on Instagram, after winning the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) show yesterday.
Laycon on Sunday emerged winner of the Lockdown edition after he scored the highest votes at 60%.
The 24-year-old music artist won the grand prize worth N85 million, ahead of Dorathy, Nengi, Neo and Vee.
There were 20 housemates battling for the prize two months ago and they spent 71 days in the Big Brother house participating in various competitions.
Here is how Nigerians voted for the winner of the show; Laycon- 60 %, Dorathy – 21.85%, Nengi 15.03%, Neo- 1.94%, Vee- 1.18%.
The rapper’s winning streak doesn’t seem to be slowing down as he has garnered over 1.5 million followers on the photo sharing platform. See a screenshot below;
Nengi and Kiddwaya are not far behind the rapper as they have both amassed 1.1million and 1million followers respectively.
Erica is also closing on as she already has 996k followers on the social media platform. In her interview with Toke Makinwa, Erica said she is happy Layon emerged winner of the reality TV show. She said;
