Report reaching thedabigal has it that gunmen are currently operating at “B’ division police station in Awka, Anambra State.
A source said the gunmen are shooting into the air currently, causing fear in the entire area as residents scamper for safety.
‘B’ division police station is situated directly opposite the Jerome Udoji Secretariat in Awka, a three massive buildings housing civil service in the state.
Details of the attack is not yet clear, but a source said the area has been totally cordoned off.
