Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has sparked reactions from fans with a photo of her body before and after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
In the post shared on Instagram, the popular actress said someone asked her why she did surgery and responded with her throwback photo accompanied by the song ‘Coming in Hot’ by Lacrea and Andy Mineo.
Tonto Dikeh added that with the song, she hopes to have answered the question.
She wrote:

As expected, fans of the actress stormed the comment section reacting differently. While some gushed over her stating the difference is clear, others commended her confidence for being truthful about her body surgery.
It can be recalled that TonTo Dikeh recently shared video of the car that she bought for her man, Prince Kpokpogri.
The actress shared video of his man cruising the truck she gifted him his birthday. Apparently the car was delivered few weeks after his birthday as the Tonto shows it off on her Instagram stories.
