Debut goals by Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Dennis and Cucho Hernandez helped promoted Watford to a 3-2 win over Aston Villa on Saturday.
Watford went in front after 10 minutes through Dennis, who scored his first Premier League goal at the second attempt after a block by Ezri Konsa and also emerged Man-of-the-Match.
The Hornets doubled their advantage three minutes before half-time when Ismaila Sarr’s shot took a deflection off Tyrone Mings before going in.
Just 49 seconds after coming on for his Premier League debut, Hernandez added a third for Watford with a stunning curled effort.
