Protesters storm Osun NSCDC office over violence in Oshogbo

Placards carrying protesters have stormed the Osun Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) office, Oke, Ayepe area, Osogbo.

The protesters who are members of the National Association of Osun State Students (NAOSS) according to the Command spokesperson, Atanda Olabisi embarked on a peaceful protest to demand peace in the state in the light of the shooting incident which occurred in Osogbo on Monday.

Atanda who spoke with thedabigal on phone also said the students who came to make their grievances known also demanded that the NSCDC be on top of their game and ensure that lives and properties of citizens and residents of the state are kept safe and protected.
