“I am in a relationship and Berom women don’t cheat” – Nigerian lady informs men sliding into her DM

A Nigerian woman from the Berom ethnic group in Plateau State has openly warned guys sending her DMS that she is in a relationship and that women in her tribe are faithful to their partners.

The lady identified as Shantel Zere Alphonsus took to her Facebook page yesterday, May 3, to inform men who are sending her messages asking for a relationship that she can’t give in to their demands because she’s already taken.

She shared photos of herself and wrote,

“Before you DM. Please know I am in a relationship and Berom women don’t cheat You can as well argue with ur keyboard”.

According to wikipedia, the Berom (sometimes also spelt as Birom) is the largest autochthonous ethnic group in Plateau State, central Nigeria. Covering about four local government areas, which include Jos North, Jos South, Barkin Ladi (Gwol) and Riyom, Berom are also found in some southern Kaduna State local government areas.

In other news, a Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to narrate what became of a man after a woman cursed him for denying her pregnancy.

According to @jon_d_doe, the man put the lady in a family way when they were both teenagers and denied the pregnancy with the support of his mom and sister.

During labour, the aggrieved lady placed a curse on all of them and it ended up coming to pass.

He said the man and his sister never had children of their own and their mother died a horrible death. However, the man eventually had children in his 50s after seeking for the woman’s forgiveness.
