Few days ago, the president in an interview on Arise TV, said that the military and the police will be mobilized to go after secessionist group, IPOB.
According to president Buhari, IPOB is just a dot in a circle abc can be gone after with security agencies.
“IPOB is just like a dot in a circle and they have nowhere to turn to. They are spread everywhere and they have investments and properties everywhere and in other areas.
“They don’t know what they are doing. How we will handle them is to mobilise the police and the military to go after them.” He said.
Buheri’s comment caused controversy as many South Easterners slammed him for his comment.
