In other news, social media commentator, Daniel Regha, has opined that there should be a legal punishment for ladies who date or marry internet fraudsters, popularly known as “Yahoo boys.”

Regha, who stated this in a post via his Twitter handle on Wednesday morning, noted that the majority of women involved in romantic relationships with internet fraudsters are complicit in their crimes.

He noted that just as cybercrime is punishable under the law, there should also be legal implications against a woman dating an internet fraudster.

His words,

“They should be a legal punishment for ladies who date or marry yahoo boys; Many are accomplices & should equally be sent to prison for encouraging cybercrimals. The war against cybercime should be taken seriously cos these people ain’t only a nu!sance, but are also ru!ning lives.”
