In other news, Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband, Teebillz has lauded award-winning music executive, Don Jazzy, for the huge role he played in taking Afrobeats to the world.
Taking to his Instagram page, Teebillz shared a throwback photo he took with Don Jazzy while on a flight and revealed that years ago, they had conversations about making Afrobeats a global sound and now it’s here.
According to him, without the Mavin records boss, Afrobeat won’t be celebrated worldwide as it is being celebrated now.
