Abia Warriors defender Ifeanyi Anaemena is delighted with the team’s display in the 3-2 win against Shooting Stars.
Anaemena, Samson Obi and Kelechi Nnochiri scored for the Ochendo Boys at the Umuahia Township Stadium.
The combative center-back believed that the victory was an hard fought one for Erasmus Onuh’s side.
“A hard fight for the +3point from the boys,” he wrote on his X account.
“And my second Goal of the the season …good performance from the boys on red.”
Anaemena has netted two times for Abia Warriors since joining the club at the start of the season.
Abia Warriors currently occupy eighth position on the table.
