German giants Bayern Munich have concluded their training camp in Argentina and Germany which had 21 players selected as part of their worldwide team, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.

During their stay in Argentina, they trained under thw watchful eyes of Roy Makaay and played test games against Estudiantes, Argentina Juniors and River Plate. The last leg of the training tour took place in Germany.

Following the conclusion of the training camp, players were picked from the 21 and among them was two out of the three Nigerians, who took part in the training camp.

Its still unclear which of the trio of Treasure Odunze, Victor Orakpo or David Emmanuel, who is the only midfielder in the players picked from Nigeria. However it’s almost a no brainer to suggest that Orakpo made the cut owing to his blistering performance in test games.

Orakpo scored winner against River Plate and also against Argentina Juniors during their stay in Argentina. He followed it up with another goal in their only test game in Germany, which they won 4-0 against KSV Hessen Kassel youth team.

Last year former Nigeria U17 midfielder Daniel Francis was among the two players, who were handed professional terms at the club. He waa subsequently loaned to Austrian side SK Austria Klangenfurt.
