Busola Dakolo has demanded that the Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, tender an apology to her for allegedly raping her.
Channels reports: Busola Dakolo demanded that Fatoyinbo write a clearly worded apology on the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national television stations for seven days running consecutively. She also demanded that he should pen a personal apology letter showing remorse for his misdeed.
In the suit obtained by Channels Television, Busola Dakolo told a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja that the defilement by Pastor Fatoyinbo has adversely affected her life, she therefore demanded a sum of 10 million naira for damages.
According to her, the abuse she received from him is “both jointly and/or severally are outrageous and reckless and have caused her emotional distress”, amounting to intentional infliction of emotional distress on her.
