Recuperating Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze remains upbeat he will be fit in time for the UEFA Europa League final clash against Man United after he cropped an injury in the semi-final return leg at Arsenal.
The Nigeria international was stretchered off in the 29th minute on Thursday night as Villarreal held on for a scoreless draw at the Emirates to qualify for the final in Gdansk, Poland, 2-1 on aggregate.
The Yellow Submarines as Villarreal are fondly called by fans and admirers will square up with another Premier League giants Manchester United, on May 26.
“To the finals, can’t wait to be back soon,” Chukwueze revealed in his post while responding to fans get well messages on Instagram and Facebook alongside several emojis to display his feelings.
