Court convicts skit maker, De General of drug trafficking.

Justice Daniel Osiagor of a Federal High Court in Lagos has ruled that comedian, Joshua Sunday a.k.a. De General is guilty of drug trafficking.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) charged the social media influencer along with one of his friends, cinematographer Caleb William.

Fortunately for the comedian, Justice Daniel decided that, due to the small amount of substance found in his possession, he would only convict and caution him and his friend rather than imposing a sentence.

However,  according to NAN, after convicting the defendants, Justice Osiagor warned them not to sin again.

Meanwhile, according to additional reports, the skit creators told the court that they had never tasted drugs before and that the substances in their possession were props for a skit they were about to shoot before their arrest.
