Cross River State police commissioner loses mother

Hajia Hajarat Nma Abdulkadir, mother of the Cross River State Police Commissioner, Lanre Abdulkadir Jimoh has passed on.

Aged 83, the deceased died on Saturday in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

She was buried shortly after the Muslim Janazah prayer led by the Chief Imam of Ilorin, Dr Muhammed Bashir Soliu.

A close friend of the police commissioner, and group managing director of KAM Holding, Dr Kamaru Yusuf, described the deceased as a loving and caring mother.

He said late Hajia Hajarat Abdulkadir lived a fulfilled life.

Kamaru prayed Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Alijanat firdaus.
