Davido replies man determined to ride a bicycle from Benue to Lagos to see him despite telling him to return

Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has responded to a man who insists on completing his journey to Lagos to see him despite telling him to return.

The man, identified as @emminuks on Twitter, recently started his journey from Benue State with the goal of cycling from Benue to Lagos to meet the singer.

He was reportedly on the eight day of his expedition when Davido got wind of his bold decision to ride a bicycle for the long distance in order to see him in person.

In response to this, Davido advised @emminuks to turn back and return to Benue state because he is currently not in Lagos.

“Turn around I’m not home,” he replied.

However, the man is refusing to heed the singer’s advice and is determined to complete his journey to Lagos to see the singer. According to him, he must present his gift to the award-winning singer.

“Am not going back
Boss I most present my gift ???????? to you @davido
Benin state heading to Ogun any moment from now…”
he captioned a photo of himself on his bike.

Interestingly, Davido responded again. This time, he told the cyclist to send his account details for a small token. He added that he can commence his journey when he is back in Nigeria.

“U no wan here.. Oya send account.. then u can do ur great journey when I’m back,” Davido wrote.
