Celebrity Disk Jockey, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, known professionally as DJ Cuppy, has said that there are times she feels regret for enrolling into Oxford university because it has affected her progress in the music industry.
The ‘Gelato’ hit-maker, who is studying for her second Master’s degree programme, made this known in a post on her Instagram story.
DJ Cuppy shared a video where she spoke about her studies in the University, and how she is is still proud of furthering her education because it empowers her to be greater in her endeavours.
She wrote in the video; “Some days I’m at Oxford deeply regretting unnecessarily doing a third university degree because I feel like it’s affected my progress in the music industry but some days like this, I’m really proud of myself and I know that education empowers me to be greater in every aspect of my life.”
The singer also noted that during her course of studying African Studies, she has noticed that Africans do not know much about themselves.
