Enyimba forward elated with prompt return from injury

Enyimba forward, Joseph Atule is delighted to be back in action again after his short injury spell.

The energetic striker was recently sidelined for three weeks with an ankle injury.

Atule returned to action in Enyimba’s 4-1 friendly win against Bayelsa United on Saturday.

The combative forward netted a brace for the Nigeria Professional Football League champions in the encounter.

Atule said he will continue to work more on his fitness ahead of the commencement of the new NPFL season.

“I’m m very happy to return after my injury,” he told thedabigal.

“I’m getting back to full fitness; hopefully I will be fully fit before the start of the season.”
