Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has confirmed that Manchester United are currently in talks to sack their manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, immediately.

Romano disclosed this in a tweet via his Twitter handle following Man United’s Premier League embarrassing 4-1 defeat to Watford on Saturday evening.

He tweeted, “Internal talks ongoing at Manchester United to discuss Ole Gunnar Solskjær position. Part of the board/officials pushing to sack the manager immediately. It’s a serious possibility now – after a terrible performance at Vicarage.”

“Final choice will be up to Joel Glazer.”

Recall that Solskjer watched as Watford thrashed Man United at Vicarage Road.

Joshua King, Ismaila Sarr, Joao Pedro, and Emmanuel Bonaventure all scored for Watford against Man United as Donny van de Beek’s goal was not enough to salvage a point for the visitors.

Man United captain Harry Maguire was sent off during the match

Solskjaer has overseen just one win in their last seven Premier League games.

Man United now sits in the seventh position on the Premier League table with 17 points from 12 games.
