Owen believes Pep Guardiola’s City will respond to their shock 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend with a victory over their rivals.
Chelsea will be looking for a fifth straight win when they welcome Burnley at Stamford Bridge and Owen predicted 2-0 for the home side.
