EPL: ‘There should be a winner’ — Carragher on Chelsea, Man City’s 4-4 draw

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher said a draw between Chelsea and Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday was a fair result.

Both sides played out a thrilling 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge in the late kick-off.

Rodri appeared to have given the champions all three points with a deflected strike late in the match.

But Ruben Dias fouled Armando Broja in the area and Cole Palmer scored the last goal from the spot in the 95th minute.

“It’s the Premier League at its best. You think about the game we watched last Monday and it felt like everybody was talking about that for days afterwards. I think this will be the same.

“It felt right Chelsea got the equaliser. I know Man City fans will be disappointed but it felt like there shouldn’t be a winner in that game. It was that good,” Carragher said on Sky Sports.
