Nigeria international midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo has completed a loan move to newly promoted English Premier League side Watford from Championship side Stoke City.
Etebo will spend the rest of the season at the club with four other Nigerians namely William Troost Ekong, Isacc Success, Emmanuel Dennis and Tom Dele Bashiru. Watford have the option of turning the loan deal into a permanent one at the end of next season.

Last season Etebo was sent on loan to Turkish side Galatasary but they refuse to take the option of signing him permanently at the end of his loan with injuries and fitness issues blighting his time at the club.

Meanwhile, OwnGoalNigeria.com gathered that shortly after the medical which took place around 2pm he was told he will be playing in a different role which is an advanced role as opposed to the deep lying midfield role.

He will operate in a more advanced role, a role which they feel best suit his all action style of play and one which he made his own in the early stages of his career in Europe while at CD Feirense of Portugal.
