Highly rated Santa Clara Nigerian left back Zaidu Sanusi has agreed terms on five year deal with Portuguese giants FC Porto, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
The 22 year old who is now managed by respected Portuguese agent Jeorge Mendez has impressed this season at Santa Clara and his form hasn’t gone unnoticed.
His deal to Porto will be officially announced at the end of the football season in Portugal according to leaks gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com editorial team.
“ Zaidu has already agreed a deal with Porto. All terms have been thrashed out including a fee for Santa Clara for his transfer. It will be made official at the end of the season”, a source close to the player revealed.
Already he has been pencilled down for a call up to the senior national team of Nigeria when International football resumes with coach Gernot Rohr keen on providing competition for Jamilu Collins.
