

The senior national team of Nigeria will today take on Guinea in an international friendly game as part of their preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.
Yesterday they whipped a group of selected school boys from Dubai 12-0 in an unofficial test game. Today’s game is the main test going into the Africa Cup of Nations.
OwnGoalNigeria.com can exclusively report that the coach has decided to rest Francis Uzoho with Stanley Nwabali set to make his debut from the start. He also made the same bold decision with Alhassan Yusuf also making his debut as a starter.
The coach lined the team up in a 3-4-3 formation with the trio of Chidozie Awaziem, William Troost-Ekong and Kenneth Omeruo as his back three.
Bright Osayi-Samuel and Zaidu Sanusi will openerate as wingbacks in a four man midfield that also has Raphael Onyedika and Yusuf. Moses Simon, Sadiq Umar and Samuel Chukwueze will lead the chase for goals.
