The starting lineup for the senior national team against Guinea-Bissau in the Africa Cup of Nations has been made, OwnGoalNigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Head coach of the team Jose Peseiro will be  without three of his key players so far at the tournament in today’s game namely William Troost-Ekong, Alhassan Yusuf and Zaidu Sanusi due to knocks picked up in previous games.

Their absence means a reshuffling of the team that started the last game against Cote d’Ivoire, which they won 1-0 to put themselves in pole position to finish as group winners ahead of today’s game.

Just like we earlier reported the coach made four changes to the team that started the 1-0 win over Ivory Coast with the quartet of Bright Osayi-Samuel, Kenneth Omeruo, Moses Simon and Joe Aribo coming into the set up.

However he maintained the same 3-4-3 formation that worked to good effect against the host despite the four changes to the starting lineup.

Below is how they will lineup from the start in the game that will start by 6pm Nigerian time.

Starting XI

Stanley Nwabali
Bright Osayi-Samuel
Ola Aina
Semi Ajayi
Kenneth Omeruo
Frank Onyeka
Calvin Bassey
Joe Aribo
Moses Simon
Samuel Chukwueze
Victor Osimhen
