Fishermen pose with giant fish caught in Bayelsa community (Photos)

Photos of a giant fish caught by two fishermen in the popular Opokuma River in Gbaranama community, Opokuma Clan in Bayelsa state, is currently making rounds online.

It was gathered that the huge fish almost sank the fishermen’s boat because of its weight and size but they managed to get it to the shore.

One of the men took to Facebook to share photos of the fish and wrote, “Thank God for blessing us with this big fish.”

In related news, a baby shark was caught by a local fisherman on Thursday, March 18, at Oyorokotor fishing settlement in Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.

Photos of the baby shark was shared on Facebook by UNIPORT Graduate, Zion Godwin, who went viral after he shared photos of the Blue Marlin Swordfish.
