Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has ordered the immediate arrest of a military officer spotted riding his motorcycle against traffic.
In a trending video, the governor and his entourage came down from their vehicles to confront the officer.
He then ordered the arrest of the military officer and confiscation of the motorcycle.
