Seyi Makinde, the Oyo State Governor has lost his mother, Madam Abigail Omojolagbe Makinde, in the early hours of Thursday.
The Chief Press Secretary to Mr Makinde, Taiwo Adisa, however, revealed that the family will soon make an official statement on the death of the deceased.
If you recall, the governor lost his father, Olatunbosun Makinde, a few years ago.
She died at the age of 81.
