Nigerian comic actor, Samuel Animashaun Perry, known by his stage name, Broda Shaggi has expressed gladness for winning the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award, AMVCA.
thedabigal earlier reported that Shaggi was declared winner of the ‘Best Actor in a comedy’ category in the ongoing event.
Speaking on his emergence, the actor took to his Facebook page on Sunday to express gratitude to God for the award.
According to him, winning the AMVCA award again after the 2022 edition was a product of hard work, stressing that hard work pays.
He wrote, “Winning this award is a reminder that Hard work, consistency dedication and perseverance pays off.
“Thank you Almighty God and to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’m beyond grateful and I owe it to you all.
“Special shout out to my ever supportive manager @Upanddownfellow.
“Here is to chasing even bigger dreams in the future!”
