Jeremy Meeks and Chloe Green have officially ended their relationship after two years together.
According to Us Weekly reports, a source said that Meeks and the Topshop heiress “split about two months ago, but are off and on still speaking.” The source also said that Green is selling their London home.
The news of the breakup is coming after Daily Mail shared a photo of Green and another man cuddling on a yacht.
Chloe Green and Jeremy Meeks first got together in June 2017 when he was still legally married to his now ex-wife Melissa Meeks with whom he shares two kids. Meeks and Melissa finalised their divorce in 2018
