The fan @NathieMbele had taken to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to express his pain, stating that he lost his mum and dad to the cold hands of death in one day.
His tweet reads,

In response, the billionaire son consoled the grieving fan assuring him that he’ll be with him through the trying time.
