Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has said he was happy with the progress made so far by Mason Greenwood.
Greenwood has found the net just four times this season, after scoring 17 in his breakthrough year, and Solskjaer told the 19-year-old not to overthink inside the box.
“Mason is really maturing and his performances are top class,” the United boss said. “His hold-up play, link-up play has improved so much. His physical strength has improved, his awareness has always been there but he’s getting confidence.
“This season has been a big step forward for him. Now the next step for him is to stop thinking about finishing because he doesn’t have to think about it. Just do it. Trust yourself. All the other bits are there. That’s what I tell him. He’ll be fine, he’ll really kick on soon.”
