Manchester United and Chelsea were able to clinch Champions League tickets, on a frantic last day in the Premier League.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men saw off top-four rivals Leicester City 2-0 at the King Power Stadium.

The first half ended goalless, with the hosts missing a couple of chances.

However, Anthony Martial was fouled in the area and Bruno Fernandes stepped up to score the penalty.

Leicester had Johnny Evans sent off, before Jesse Lingard made it 2-0 off Kasper Schmeichel’s error.

Chelsea beat Wolves 2-0 at Stamford Bridge, thanks to goals from Olivier Giroud and Mason Mount.

At the other end of the table, Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich City were relegated.
