Manchester United are stepping up their interest in Fiorentina attacker Enrico Chiesa.
La Nazione says United are pressing ahead for Chiesa.
The Viola have turned down offers from Inter and Juventus because they involved player-plus-cash deals, but United are ready to offer a cash up-front bid of €50 million.
While it is claimed Fiorentina want a higher fee than the Red Devils are offering, that bid will help smooth over negotiations for the 22-year-old.

The report adds the Old Trafford club are ‘knocking on the door’ for Chiesa, which suggests a deal could materialise this summer if moves for Bellingham or Jadon Sancho fall through.
