Deceased singer, Mohbad’s childhood friend, Primeboy, has denied the rumors that he was involved in the singer’s death.
It was claimed that the culprit killed Mohbad by striking him during his performance in Ikorodu.
The young man denied the allegations on his Instagram page and underlined his strong relationship with Mohbad, saying that he had no reason to hurt him.
He begged the people to desist from spreading untrue stories as he expressed his dismay.
He emphasized that he did not get into a fight with the singer, pointing out that Mohbad’s wife and other people were present during the purported incident.
Primeboy pleaded with authorities to launch a thorough inquiry to learn the truth.
Netizens, however, did not seem convinced by his confessions, as chats allegedly sent by Mohbad’s wife accusing him of threatening and provoking the deceased surfaced online.
