The Nigeria National League has fined Mailantarki Care N1m for failing to control their supporters during the matchday five fixture against Adamawa United.

The action is said to have contravened the NNL rules of engagement.

The NNL Chief Operating Officer, Dr Ayo Abdulrahman frowned at the development and warned the club that stiffer sanctions would be meted out if such repeats itself.

Mailantarki Care is to pay the fine on or before their next game on the 6th, January, 2024.

Subsequently, Mailantarki Care coach, Sulaiman Usman, Secretary Adamu Usman and Club Coordinator Auwal Kamuwa were handed a two-month ban from NNL activities for spearheading the attack on the officials.
