Following the ban of Okada and Keke Napep in some major parts of Lagos by the state government, riders in the state have embarked on protest actions to express their displeasure.
A video shared by a social media user, Oluyemi Fasipe on twitter, showed how Okada and Keke Napep riders are stoning commercial buses and burning tires to cause disruption.
It was gathered that the protesting Okada and Keke Napep riders in Ijora of Lagos state also clashed with Police officers after they insisted on going about their businesses.

Two persons – a man and a woman were said to have been hit by bullets during the clash at Ijora Oloye Road. Reports have it that schools in the area are currently under lock and key due to the violence.
The ban on Okada and Keke Napep by the Lagos state government took effect from February 1, 2020. Max Okada, Oride, Gokada and other motorcycle hailing businesses are also affected by the sanction.
