The old man who was allegedly shot by military operatives at the Lekki toll gate on Tuesday, October 20 has been discharged from the hospital.
The old man went viral after a photo and of him before and after he was shot at the Lekki toll gate went viral as social media platforms.
However, a Twitter user with the username @MsNemah has revealed that the old man has been discharged from the hospital and is currently back home.
According to reports, the old man is an unemployed driver who went to Lekki to look for work.
On his way back, he saw the crowd at the toll gate and joined them. Protesters at the toll gate was raising fund for him to go back home, when the shooting started.
He was taking to the hospital after he was shot and was treated for multiple bullet wounds. He has been discharged by the hospital but asked to come back for checkup and dither treatment.
