Napoli has again confirmed that Victor Osimhen still tested positive for COVID-19 after Thursday’s swab.
The Nigeria international had already been out with a dislocated shoulder when he went home for his birthday and contracted COVID-19.

It was hoped he would recover in time for this weekend’s Serie A game against Fiorentina, but he is still out of action.
“The molecular nasal pharyngeal swab carried out this morning on the footballer Victor Osimhen gave a positive result for COVID-19,” the club wrote in a statement.
“He’ll be tested again over the coming days.”
