The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has urged Christians and Nigerians to wear protective facemasks against COVID-19.
The clergyman’s advise is coming after a Christ Embassy Pastor, Biodun Lawal made an open mockery of people who wear facemask in the house of God, claiming that they are baby Christians.
According to Pastor Biodun, heaven is ashamed of pastors and Christians who wear facemasks as a COVID-19 preventive measure. Watch video here.
On the contrary, Pastor Adeboye however, has directed Christians to pay no heed to such teachings and follow the prescribed COVID-19 protocols by wearing a mask and observing social distancing.
He tweeted,
