A make up artist who goes by the name, Jammed Usman has called out Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh on social media, over a vow she is yet to fulfill.
Even though Hammed did not specify the promise exactly which Tonto Dikeh failed to bring to pass, he said it was over a year now and still nothing.
Alongside a pic of himself and the beautiful actress, he mentioned that the past one year has not been a palatable journey for him.
