Popular Nigerian singer, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known as Oxlade, has responded to an overzealous fan who made a bogus claim about his singing talent.
The fan had taken to Twitter to assert that the ‘Ojuju’ hitmaker is a better singer than sensational Nigerian singer who has been in the industry for over ten years, Wande Coal.

“Unpopular opinion:
Oxlade has a better singing voice and vocal range than Wande coal.”
Responding to the discordant claim, Oxlade who got his big break in 2020, pleaded with the fan to drop that thought because he learnt everything he knows about music from the ‘Iskaba’ crooner.
He wrote,
“Very unpopular and a big cap . Learnt everything from that man. Let’s dead this narative please ????????????????….”

A while ago, Oxlade revealed the unconventional thing that inspired him to do music.
The sensational singer made this disclosure on his Instagram story during a recent Question and Answer session with his fans. A curious fan had inquired about what inspired his music career.
In response, Oxlade said Davido’s luxurious Jeep motivated him to take his music career seriously. According to him, after seeing the multi-millionaire automobile, he made a personal resolve to be successful in life.
He said, “Davido’s jeep”. After that day, I said I have to make it in life”.
