Sunshine Stars head coach, Edith Agoye is confident his side will secure maximum points against Abia Warriors.
The Owena Whales who are on a three-match winless run will take on Abia Warriors in a Nigeria Premier Football League matchday 14 encounter at the Umuahia Township stadium on Saturday.
Agoye said his team is in confident mood and motivated ahead of the tie following their recent poor run which has seen them drop out of the playoff zone.
“I have a strong belief in my players that we can pick the maximum points at stake against Abia Warriors in Umuahia,” he told thedabigal
“My players are well motivated and confident ahead of our game tomorrow as our form of late has affected our push for the Super Six.”
Sunshine Stars are fifth on the Group B table with 18 points.
