Super Eagles Lose Key Striker Ahead Of Friendly Games, Ogbu On Standby

The sqaud of the senior national team of Nigeria for the upcoming friendly games against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique respectively has been hit with yet another injury blow but this time around in the attack of the team, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.

Already three players out of the 25 players called up by head coach of the team Jose Peseiro are major doubts for the games, the players battling to be fit for the game include Ola Aina of Nottingham Forest who has been ruled out of the game entirely.

Meanwhile, we exclusively gathered that Slavia Prague of Czech Republic defender Igho Ogbu has been contacted as a possible replacement for Torunarigha, if he fails to shake off the knock in time.
