Turkish Super Lig club Hatayspor has hailed Fisayo Dele-Bashiru on his first invitation by Nigeria.
Dele-Bashiru was among the 25 players listed by Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro for this month’s friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.
“We congratulate our 22-year-old player Dele Bashiru who was called up to the Nigeria national team for the first time and wish continued success”, the club said in a statement.

The Manchester City trainee has been one of the standout performers in the Turkish top flight this season.
The midfielder, who transferred to Hatayspor from Sky Bet Championship club Sheffield Wednesday in July has scored four goals and registered two assists in seven league appearances for his new club.
His elder brother, Tom Dele-Bashiru was part of the Flying Eagles squad that represented Nigeria at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland.
